General description of fission observables,

Short characterisation of GEF 2025/1.2:
Compared to GEF 2025/1.1, several model parameters were slightly modified by adjustment to specific data.

Three compiled files (ready to use by just starting the corresponding executable) are provided:
GEF32 on LINUX, 32 bit
GEF42 on LINUX, 64 bit
GEF.exe on WINDOWS.

GEF executables with special options can be produced by re-compiling the code after chosing the appropriate options in the source code.
